Peer review procedure

Works published in Open Access will be assured of the same high standards of content and quality as all other Mohr Siebeck publications. Each will undergo external peer review, although processes may vary according to discipline-specific demands.

Our program directors will forward submitted manuscripts to internationally recognised experts, who are not associated with either the institution applying or the author, for independent evaluation. To be accepted for publication, a unanimous recommendation will then be required from the series’ editors.
